First of all, I am very satisfied with the work Paul and his guys did on my rental house in Junction – excellent work, on time and reasonable price. He did:

-demolition (two kitchen, two bathrooms, interior walls, flooring, ceiling)
-installed in-ceiling beams for making open concept
-framing, insulation and installed drywall
-flooring, carpentry (baseboards, casings, doors, …)
-plumbing work (re-do old plumbing and added plumbing for powder room and two new laundry closets)
-lots of other finishing details

Paul understands the work. During demolition he didn’t demolished/damaged anything that we didn’t agree. I was concern about installation of the new hidden in-ceiling beams, but he did it properly and showed that he understand the structure (I had structural engineer to check the work and he said that it is done very well).

Communication with Paul was excellent and I would definitely recommend him for any similar work.

Paul and his crew were awesome! He saved me from a bad contractor and his not so great work on my bathroom Reno.
I was in a panic and he happened to be in between jobs, came and fixed the bad work and completely transformed some of my ideas and approach to some of the major things I was doing. Like my pocket door!
He has a calm and reasonable attitude, he’s a good listener and extremely knowledgeable in design, construction issues/approaches and materials. He saved me a ton of money and headaches. His crew were also very knowledgeable and professional.
I live in an old house here in Toronto and he understood its structure and came up w good ideas to help me address a bunch of issues I was going through w the Reno.
I highly recommend him and his crew for sure!
